Give each of the Appointment slots a suitable name ( 1, above). If you are looking to conduct these appointments online, then unique Google Meet (online meeting) links are automatically generated and added to each appointment as somebody books onto a slot (in other words, you don’t need to do anything else when setting the appointments up – Google sets up web conferencing automatically). This time can then be split into smaller blocks of time, each for a fixed duration which can then be reserved by other people, perfect for booking one-to-one appointments with your students.
